人工智能在肿瘤组织病理学的研究现状Currentapplicationsofartificialintelligenceintumorhistopathology导出在线阅读下载全文收藏分享新浪微博微信QQ空间豆瓣纠错摘要：人工智能在肿瘤组织病理学的研究有图像分割和分类两大方向,已有研究报道的恶性肿瘤有乳腺癌、肺癌和前列腺癌等,包括淋巴结转移的判定、病理分型和分级等.以判定乳腺癌前哨淋巴结转移的研究最为成熟,人工智能分析结果接近于优秀的病理学专家水平.未来,人工智能在此方面需要病理学医师与人工智能相关技术人员密切合作,将研究重点定位于着力解决简单重复的病理诊断或鉴别问题,如乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检冰冻切片的诊断、组织切缘的判定等.
更多abstracts：Thetasksofartificialintelligence(AI)intumorhistopathologyincludeimagesegmentationandclassification.Currently,thespecificcontentsincludinglymphnodemetastasis,pathologicalclassification,gradeandprognosticevaluationofmalignantdiseases,suchasbreastcancer,lungcancerandprostatecancer,havebeenstudiedbyAI.EvaluationofsentinellymphnodemetastasisofbreastcancerhasbeenthemostmatureapplicationofAItechnology,whoselevelcanbeanalogoustotheexcellentpathologists.Inthefuture,withtheclosecooperationofpathologistsandengineers,theresearchofAIwillbefocusonimprovingthetechnologyofsimpleandrepetitiveclinicaldiagnosisanddifferentialdiagnosis,suchasthediagnosisofsentinellymphnodemetastasisofbreastcancerfrombiopsyfrozensectionandthejudgmentofincisalmargin.Ultimately,AIwillhelpustopreciselydiagnosethetumor.
