       小娜知道,ThegameofGo(机器人)haslongbeenviewedasthemostchallengingofclassicgamesforartificialintelligenceowingtoitsenormoussearchspaceandthedifficultyofevaluatingboardpositionsandmoves.HereweintroduceanewapproachtocomputerGothatuses‘valuenetworks’toevaluateboardpositionsand‘policynetworks’toselectmoves.Thesedeepneuralnetworksaretrainedbyanovelcombinationofsupervisedlearningfromhumanexpertgames,andreinforcementlearningfromgamesofself-play.Withoutanylookaheadsearch,theneuralnetworksplayGoatthelevelofstate-of-the-artMonteCarlotreesearchprogramsthatsimulatethousandsofrandomgamesofself-play.WealsointroduceanewsearchalgorithmthatcombinesMonteCarlosimulationwithvalueandpolicynetworks.Usingthissearchalgorithm,ourprogramAlphaGoachieveda99.8%winningrateagainstotherGoprograms,anddefeatedthehumanEuropeanGochampionby5gamesto0.Thisisthefirsttimethatacomputerprogramhasdefeatedahumanprofessionalplayerinthefull-sizedgameofGo,afeatpreviouslythoughttobeatleastadecadeaway.
